Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the F1Track app and related services (“F1Track”, the “app”, “we”, “us”). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, or using F1Track, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s standard end user license agreement, the Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Both apply to your use of the app; where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA conflict, note that both apply and you should treat the more protective terms as governing for the relevant point. The app is licensed to you, not sold. If you do not agree, do not use F1Track.
2. The service
F1Track is an unofficial fan app that displays publicly available Formula 1 timing and schedule data along with derived insights. The data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and is provided “as is”.
Any insights, projections, and strategy cards shown in the app are projections, not guarantees. They must not be relied upon for betting or for any decision that carries consequences. You use this information at your own risk.
3. No affiliation & trademarks
F1Track is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Formula 1, the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), Formula One Management (FOM), or any Formula 1 team, driver, or broadcaster.
F1, FORMULA 1, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Team and driver names are used descriptively for identification purposes only.
Third-party data & imagery. Live timing, schedule data, and driver and team imagery shown in F1Track are supplied by third-party data providers (including SportMonks and OpenF1) and are used under the terms of their respective licences. All such data, names, logos, and images remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes only; F1Track claims no ownership of this third-party content. If you are a rights holder and believe content is used improperly, contact us and we will address it promptly.
4. Subscriptions (F1Track Pro)
F1Track Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple In-App Purchase. It is available on a monthly or yearly basis.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Current pricing is shown in the app at the point of purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies; we do not process payments or issue refunds directly.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse F1Track. In particular, you may not reverse-engineer the app beyond what applicable law expressly permits, nor attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the app, its servers, or the third-party data providers it relies on.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
F1Track is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above may not apply to you.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of F1Track after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
